My laptop stopped charging so I went looking for a new battery. Dave loaned me 2 batteries to test out, neither one would charge. Back to see them with laptop and charging cable. Cable was tested on the spot and was defective so they sold me one they had on hand. Excellent customer service!

The staff here are helpful and friendly, the store is always open when they are supposed to be (as opposed to other Purolator depots in the area!). In short, the kind of experience you want from a small town retailer. I don't have personal experience with their PC business, but I have heard glowing reports from other friends who have.

My wife and I just moved to Perth a short while ago. I have used a computer for both business and personal purposes for decades. However, I have always relied on professionals when it came to equipment issues. Computer Plus certainly qualifies in that category. Their assistance on both occasions I have relied on it has been both fast and done in a very friendly manner.

I'm blown away by the service I received from Dave at Computer Plus. Not knowing what type of printer I needed, Dave gave me options. He even stopped by the shop to ensure it would fit where I wanted it to. Once I made my decision, he had it ordered, and installed within a few days. This could have easily given my anxiety, but instead it was a walk in the park. Thanks Dave, you'll surely see me again (prob. tomorrow for paper!)

Couldn't get Bell Email to install on my old Samsung tablet. Within a few minutes it was sussed out and working. I was so happy! I asked..what do I owe you? No Charge Now that is special.

After reviewing various souces, I discovered that my current computer was listed as being non compatible to accepting the Microsoft 11 upgrade. Options appeared to be a new computer or installing Microsoft ESU programme for a "temporary" fix. Called Dave, he was here the same day, and after less than 10 minutes of working his magic fingers, Windows 11 upgrade was downloading. A while later after completing the install, I now have Windows 11 up and running - no problems. I have dealt with Computer Plus a number of times over recent years and have received excellent service every time. Without doubt, Dave is your "go to" man for all your computer needs.
